We want you to enjoy partnering with us, whether we’re providing you with a total event service package or just an individual component such as venue selection or delegate management. If you have limited internal resources or purely want to share the workload, we are happy to co-ordinate our efforts with your. OUR PROCEDURE
Stencil Events Consulting is dedicated to assisting organisations and individuals achieve their specific goals and objectives through innovative, creative goal-driven events. The following is a simple guideline to enable you experience a ‘Stencil’ event:
Make an enquiry through the office, phone or e-mail.
We then meet with you at our office or a convenient location where we give an hour’s free consultation in order for us to gain a greater insight of your needs.

If you like our ideas after our initial consultation, you can then register with the company by paying a registration fee. This fee covers all administrative expenses including quotes for the event and allows us to share information regarding our vendors.
Once the budget has been agreed, payments are made in installments in advance to Stencil Events. All payments must be completed a week before the event
Once the event is implemented, we have a wrap up meeting where we prepare a final budget reconciliation and provide an evaluation of the event.
All registered clients are entitled to a package which comprises of the registration form, demo CD profile, a schedule of meetings and a service agreement contract.
